Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County's diverse array of higher education institutions provide our businesses, residents and government agencies with an abundance of post-secondary educational opportunities. Located within a 30-mile radius of downtown Fort Lauderdale, Over forty institutions offer associate's, bachelor's, master's, doctorate, and professional degrees in addition to a variety of workforce certificates and industry credentials.

According to the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), Broward County is a leader in the amount of post-secondary degrees granted. Following are the numbers and types of degrees granted by these institutions:
