Cooper City
The City of Cooper City is located in southwestern Broward County. The City is comprised mainly of single-family residential neighborhoods with compatible commercial-industrial development. With the fourth highest median household income in Broward County, Cooper City takes great pride in being “Someplace Special.” The City is pursuing economically sound development with a balanced mix of land uses. This means working with the business and development community to provide a receptive environment in which to do business. Although the city does not have any blighted or significant deterioration, it does have some older commercial centers that have reached an age where maintenance and repair have increased. To address this issue, the city is encouraging redevelopment or reinvestment of older centers. To visit the City of Cooper City website, please click here.
