Coral Springs

clientuploads/Logos/City of CoralSprings Logo SM 2012.jpg Coral Springs, Florida is located in Broward County, approximately 20 miles northwest of Ft. Lauderdale and 10 miles southwest of Boca Raton.

Coral Springs was founded in 1963 and is one of the most successful planned communities ever built. The City is known for its quality schools and parks and recreation facilities. In 1993 a Total Quality Management program was implemented. The City's mission is "to be the premier community in which to live, work and raise a family" and the core values of the City's culture are customer focus, leadership, empowered employees and continuous quality improvement. There are six Strategic Priorities which include: Customer Involved Government, Neighborhood & Environmental Vitality, Excellence in Education (Coral Springs University Partnership CSUP), Financial Health & Economic Development (Coral Springs Economic Development Foundation) and Unity in the Community.

Having reached residential build out and closely nearing commercial build out expected in FY 2008 the city is poised for redevelopment (Community Redevelopment Agency CRA). "Downtown Coral Springs" has already begun Phase One of redevelopment. In total, we will add an additional 3 million square feet of new office, retail, residential and entertainment space to our community.

These are just some of the reasons why Coral Springs continues "to be the premier community in which to live, work and raise a family." See what we have to offer!
