Dania Beach
Dania Beach was the first City in Broward County, Florida and in 2004 the citizens celebrated the City's Centennial Birthday. Dania Beach is easily located between Ft. Lauderdale and Hollywood; adjacent to both the Ft. Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades Seaport. The city also has easy access to both I-95 and I-595 both of which are major interstate highways located within the City.
Dania Beach's strategic location provides an ideal framework for businesses to relocate to Dania Beach. The City is rapidly becoming the prime location for South Florida's maritime industries. Dania Beach is home to the International Game Fishing Association Hall of Fame and Museum, Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World, Florida Atlantic University's Sea Tech, the American Maritime Officers training and research center along with first class marinas and many marine related businesses.
Dania Beach is continuing to grow through redevelopment of the City's Downtown area while maintaining its small town charm and atmosphere. The City of Dania Beach is an award-winning "Blue Wave Beaches” with an exceptional beach, Pier and Marina location you'll want to discover! and offers a premier destination for shopping, dining and entertainment: Dania Pointe.
Regardless of whether you are interested in relocating a business, establishing a new business or looking for a special place to locate your home it would be wise to come and tour the City of Dania Beach.
