Broward County Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Expo to be Held at Coral Ridge Mall

Approximately 700 projects from public, charter and private schools from across Broward County will be on display during the Broward County Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Fair and Expo to be held at Coral Ridge Mall (3200 N. Federal Highway).  The projects may be viewed February 11 - 12 during mall hours and on Sunday, February 13 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

With student researchers in place, judging will take place on February 11.   Middle school projects will be judged from 8 a.m. to noon and high school projects from 12:30 – 4:30 p.m.  The students will also be available to discuss their projects with the public during those times.  The public is encouraged to attend.

Also on display will be various STEM opportunities available at Broward County public schools.  Magnet programs and special school programs will be showcased and information will be available for students and parents. Representatives from those programs will be on hand from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. on February 11.
