WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (July 22, 2021) – Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce that its Private Wealth Services practice maintained the highest rating in the latest Chambers and Partners High Net Worth Guide. Chambers and Partners is a UK-based organization that identifies and ranks lawyers and law firms based on independent research. Gunster is one of three top-rated firms in the state ranked to Band 1 in the Private Wealth Law category in this year's High Net Worth guide. "They really have strength and depth,” noted one source. Another source added "They are a very diverse practice and have a very deep bench on the trusts and estates side. They are very high-caliber technicians.” In addition to the firmwide Band 1 ranking, four Gunster attorneys maintained their individual ranking by Chambers and Partners: Elaine Bucher, William T. Hennessey, Louis Nostro and Lisa A. Schneider. Gunster is the only Florida-based firm to attain a Band 1 ranking in this year's High Net Worth guide. Furthermore, Gunster has the most representations among law firms in Florida in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), a national organization of lawyers who have demonstrated the highest level of professionalism in wills and trust, estate planning and tax law. Chambers and Partners, an internationally acclaimed research group, established the High Net Worth guide in 2016 as a publication specifically aimed at the private and international wealth industry. The guide is produced by an independent team of researchers who conduct thousands of interviews with attorneys, clients and their close advisors. Gunster's Private Wealth Services practice continues to flourish with the latest addition of shareholder Brian G. Cheslack, associate Cayley Erickson, and the firm's recently formalized Family Office practice. |
