Arc Culinary's Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen Presents “The Far East” and “Fall’s Harvest” Chef Experience Dinners This Fall

SUNRISE, Florida (October 16, 2025) – Arc Culinary invites guests to indulge in a pair of globally inspired dining experiences this fall with “The Far East” on Thursday, November 13, and “Fall’s Harvest” on Friday, November 21, both beginning at 7 p.m. at the Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen in Sunrise. Each evening will offer a one-of-a-kind culinary adventure showcasing seasonal ingredients and diverse flavors prepared by Arc Culinary’s talented team.

Embark on a flavorful journey inspired by the vibrant cuisines of Asia at “The Far East” chef experience dinner. The four-course menu features ramen with a simmering miso broth with seaweed, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, scallions and sliced pork with a soy-marinated ramen egg; temaki, a refined twist on the classic hand roll with crisp nori sheets filled with warm sushi rice and premium sashimi grade fish, vibrant microgreens and pickled vegetables; wagyu and pommes, featuring buttery tender wagyu beef paired with pommes and a soy reduction; and a decadent dessert to complete the experience.

Celebrate the cozy flavors of autumn at the “Fall’s Harvest” chef experience dinner. The four-course menu will feature a curried butternut squash soup, highlighting the sweet and nutty flavor of in-season roasted butternut squash finished with coconut milk crème fraiche and curry; cauliflower steak and beet sauce, topped with crispy prosciutto and toasted pecans; a bone-in heritage pork chop served with the season’s best apples and guanciale, and a mouthwatering dessert to close out the evening.

Tickets for “The Far East” and “Fall’s Harvest” experience dinners are $102 for the chef’s table or $92 for communal seating, including gratuity and alcoholic beverages. Ticket sales from every Chef Experience Dinner support Arc Broward’s mission of providing opportunities for children and adults with disabilities to realize their full potential.

Arc Culinary's Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen offers a blend of mid-century classic and modern elegance, featuring a Chef’s Table, refined décor and an outdoor patio.
