The School Board of Broward County, Florida unanimously elected Sarah Leonardi (District 3) as Chair and Dr. Jeff Holness (District 5) as Vice Chair during its annual Organizational Meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.

Chair Leonardi, who previously served as Vice Chair, and Vice Chair Dr. Holness were both first elected to the School Board in 2022.

Additional School Board members currently serving on the Board include:

Lori Alhadeff, District 4

Maura McCarthy Bulman, District 1

Adam Cervera, District 6

Debra Hixon, Countywide At-Large, Seat 9

Nora Rupert, District 7

Rebecca Thompson, District 2

Dr. Allen Zeman, Countywide At-Large, Seat 8.
