Fort Lauderdale, FL (January 29, 2026) – Broward Partnership, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to ending homelessness in Broward County, today announced the appointment of four new members to its Board of Directors: Genevieve Medina, Senior Manager of Business Operations & Planning at Florida Blue; Edmund McDonough, Vice President of Operations at ABA Centers of Florida; Jerrold E. McRae, Jr., Vice President, Commercial at Pfizer; and Patrick Ryan, President of Ryan Inc. Mining and The Ryan Companies.

Genevieve Medina is Senior Manager of Business Operations & Planning at Florida Blue, where she has spent more than a decade leading strategic initiatives across South Florida. Her expertise spans business operations, project management, analytics, and partnership development, with a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and regional programs. Medina is recognized for her collaborative approach and passion for delivering value to members and stakeholders.

Edmund McDonough is Vice President of Operations at ABA Centers of Florida, overseeing multi-site behavioral health operations focused on delivering Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children and adolescents. With extensive experience in healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and organizational growth, McDonough has led significant expansion initiatives while maintaining clinical excellence. He also brings longstanding nonprofit board experience, including service with organizations supporting healthcare, housing, and individuals experiencing homelessness.

Jerrold E. McRae, Jr. serves as Vice President of Commercial at Pfizer, bringing nearly two decades of experience in commercial leadership across marketing, strategy, and operations. Known for his collaborative leadership style and ability to drive sustainable growth, McRae has played a key role in shaping commercial strategies within Pfizer’s portfolio. A former collegiate basketball captain, he brings a team-first approach to leadership and remains actively involved in community and professional organizations.
