Apply Now to Be Part of BFA Art Walls Mural Fest 2027!
Applications are now open for the 2nd Annual BFA Art Walls Mural Fest, presented by Wayne and Lucretia Weiner, taking place March 13–14, 2027 at Huizenga Park in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Following the success of our inaugural festival, we're excited to bring artists, nonprofits, and the community together once again for a weekend celebrating creativity, collaboration, and public art.
If you're a muralist looking to showcase your talent or an arts and cultural nonprofit interested in sharing your mission through public art, we invite you to apply. Applications for both opportunities close July 31, 2026.

Bring your artistic vision to life as one of the featured muralists for the 2027 festival. Selected artists will create a live 8' x 8' pop-up mural during the two-day event at Huizenga Park, where thousands of visitors can experience the creative process firsthand. Each artist will be partnered with a local arts and cultural nonprofit, creating a mural inspired by its mission. Following the festival, the nonprofit will keep the mural, creating a lasting community impact.
Arts and cultural nonprofits are invited to partner with participating muralists to tell their organization's story through public art. This unique collaboration offers an opportunity to engage new audiences while celebrating the impact of arts and culture throughout Broward County. At the conclusion of the festival, nonprofits will also receive their mural as a lasting piece of artwork to take back with them, extending the impact of the collaboration far beyond the event itself.
