Medical device company pays $14.5M for industrial building

A South Florida medical device distributor plans to expand operations in the tri-county region after its latest real estate purchase.

An affiliate of Pompano Beach-based Zev Supplies Corp. acquired the industrial property at 3499 N.W. 53rd St. in Fort Lauderdale for $14.5 million, according to a Sept. 25 deed filed with Broward County. The seller was Boca Raton-based CJ Partners South Florida LLC.

The 3.8-acre property includes a two-story, 79,629-square-foot building with manufacturing space on the first floor and offices above. It offers easy access to Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport and previously served as a training facility for Dallas-based AT&T (NYSE: T).

Through affiliates, the company acquired the 45,522-square-foot warehouse on Gateway Drive for $9.18 million in 2023, followed by the 39,294-square-foot warehouse on Southwest 14th Street for an additional $3.99 million in 2025, Broward County records show.
